STEEL BELT DUST FREE MODULE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The linear point unit of the belt module series is composed of a square aluminum profile with a heavy-duty linear slide unit and a slider, and is driven by a synchronous belt to move linearly. The synchronous wheel mechanism at both ends of the profile uses free maintenance ball bearings. The bearing mounting hole is formed at one time, which reduces maintenance difficulties and improves reliability. The belt tension can be adjusted by a simple device installed on the sliding table. All series are designed to be dust-proof and airtight, and foreign matter cannot be easily transferred in.
